Welcome July with this red, white and blue rosette wreath, perfect at the front door, mailbox or in a window.
Materials:
- Foam wreath
- Burlap
- Felt: red, white, blue
- Optional: Stars and strip ribbon, blue ribbon (bow)
- Scissors
- Hot Glue
Directions:
Cut burlap into 3″ to 4″ strips, wrap the wreath tightly, hot gluing the ends in place.
To make the rosette flowers: cut a 5″ to 6″ circle from each color of felt (red, white, blue). Starting on the side cut into the circle going around, start small then a little wider (see picture below). Roll from the outside in, forming a rosette flower, hot glue bottom of flower (see next picture).
Place your glue in center and flip over center to hold.
Glue the red, white and blue rosette onto the burlap covered wreath, loop and glue in place stars / stripe ribbon and add a blue bow.
A quick and easy decoration for the 4th of July!
